Branded Items - we feature luxury branded hand-picked items by us.

Unbranded Items - All of the unbranded products we offer are hand-crafted individually from solid wood pieces. You may experience slight variation in size (due to manufacturing tolerances), colour, finish, fabric (for upholstered goods), texture, natural grain pattern and knots. The movement of timber is an integral part of the way the products are naturally made. But this does not affect the overall quality. These are natural occurrences and should NOT be constituted as defects.

Hand-made Iron furniture - as these are not machine made do expect to see some minor imperfections. A lacquer is applied at the end to prevent rust of the iron. Furniture being made this way adds to the rustic look.

Hand-made Wooden furniture - the majority of the unbranded wood items we sell are mango unless specified in the product description. Mango wood is hard, dense and very strong like Oak. Mango trees are fast growing and very sustainable compared to other woods like Oak, Beech or Teak. It’s water-resistant, durable and strong enough to make any type of furniture. Because Mango wood offers a great variety of colours and grains, each individual piece will look unique and stand out from the rest. 

Aftercare - avoid placing live wood/fabric in direct sunlight, near radiators or hot objects. Every so often, you may wish to coat the non-painted furniture with beeswax to keep it looking radiant and to improve its lifespan. Washable products such as throws or cushions please check the washing instructions first.

Leather - our leather ranges are made from quality leather and naturally may not be uniform in colour or texture. Only the finest hides are selected which means there will be natural marks and scars on the hide. All leathers will change over time especially with exposure to heat and sunlight. The sizes of all furniture will be as accurate as possible. Given that the items are hand-crafted, not machine-made, there are manufacturing tolerances of up to and including 5cm. Overall, this will not affect the quality of the item.

Delivery -  We will only ship to an address within the UK and VAT is included in the price of the products, unless specified at the checkout page.

Some items may come direct from the manufacturer as this will speed up the delivery process.

Our aim is to have all items delivered within 14 days of payment being received. However, this can depend on product demand and any delays with the manufacturer. If delivery is due to take longer than 14 days we'll keep you updated. Also, if the item becomes unavailable for a prolonged period of time we'll let you know. We state 14 days for delivery because we're a small family run business and most items will be sent on a Saturday.

Please note - when ordering please check the size to make sure items will fit through doorways, hallways, gaps and upstairs. The same goes for external access, through gates and down alleyways etc. We cannot be held responsible if the items do not fit, so please refer to the manufacturing tolerances to be on the safe side.

How the furniture is packaged - interlocks are applied on doors and drawers, followed by protection of knobs if required. The product is wrapped in a thick craft paper. Styrofoam corners are applied and additional Styrofoam is placed on fragile areas such as mirrors or glass. A sheet of corrugate is placed underneath the product. The product is then placed in a 7 ply strong corrugate box followed by taping, strapping and labelling. Drop test is undertaken to ensure that product is mail order compliant.

Returns - all items are checked before packaged ready to be shipped. If an item does happen to be faulty or show signs of damage please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. Please do this by email and include pictures of items. Alternatively, you can do this through WhatsApp if you prefer.

Our company policy is to either arrange collection or refund any postal costs incurred for returning damaged or faulty items.

Cancellations - We do accept cancellations, however it will depend on the manufacturer and wholesaler. We will make every effort to cancel the order and refund all monies paid. But if the cancellation is declined at source for whatever reason, for example the product has already been shipped or it has started to be built then we will not be held financially responsible.
